This series of five technical guidance notes provides recommendations to countries and stakeholders for addressing key challenges related to ecosystem governance, transaction integrity, information security, data interoperability, and digital Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification. By offering practical tools, shared standards, and actionable recommendations, these notes aim to enhance trust, scalability, and transparency in carbon market systems.
